Took a trip to Macon, MO this weekend. Lots of surprises including an unexpected stay at the Macon memorial airport due to non stop rain.
Here's a few pics I thought I'd share.
gettin' ****** in front of a fire pit that took 4 drunks 1 hour to build.
The group I went with
As usual, I was the first to pass out...
Got some "tail"
Morning after. It was rough for sure
Having a trap shoot tourney. I whopped some ass with my semi-auto 12ga

Patrick posing as the new NRA spokesperson... Coffee, guns, America. The trifecta for sure!
Old ass house in the middle of nowhere. Still had wall paper from like 100 years ago in it.
Taken just outside the front porch of the lodge we stayed in. The view was awesome!
The planes we flew into town in. I piloted the Piper Warrior III on the right. My friend flew the Cessna on the left.
Told the server it was Patrick's B-Day. They came out and threw whipped cream all over his face.
That soon turned into a dessert food fight while me and another guy sat back and drank a pitcher each of margaritas :laugh_ti:
After an afternoon of low ceilings, fog, and thunderstorms, we chose not to fly back to KC. So the manager of the local airport was nice enough to let us spend the night. He gave us one of his cars to drive around in and keys to the airport. So for an entire evening, we had the entire grounds to ourselves. It was bad ass. Thanks Wayne for your hospitality!
Close up of me flying back to KC
Flying in formation at 4,000 feet just outside Kirksville, MO
Clouds finally went away and we were left with an awesome view of the country.
Made it back to KMKC downtown airport. Our planes parked in front of the skyline.
