Looks great. I seen that intake and covers for sale wasn't sure how it would go but it looks great on that white car.

Yeah man looks great. It's look even better if you could paint match that upper timing cover to the blue or white. I'd go blue and spray the P/S reservior white or silver.

Turbo ranger forums. Sorry for jacking your thread. I should probably have just emailed him. His sig says he has a turbo ranger, and I remember seeing nik97 as a username somewhere.

Nice! paint that cover white! I did all black on mine. Tanks, runners, timing covers, coil pack cover, valve covers, and exhaust manifold/heat shield.

i just painted mine... the only thing that sucks about painted intakes is when you have to work on them... you gotta be careful not to scratch the paint. DOH!

Looks good. Paint the upper timing cover to match it and polish out the bolts that attach to the intake brackets.

I painted mine with RustOleum engine paint and to my surprise, it's holding up very well especially when working on it. It doesn't scratch easily but it will chip if hit hard enough. I baked the parts in an oven after painting them and that seems to be the key step in ensuring the paint cures properly.

Sweet. Ya thats not a bad idea for the bolts. The intake will be off soon anyways so i can find my metal shaving problem. Also anyone know if i can reuse my Valve cover gaskets? I put them on new maybe 3 Months ago?
