My Dad

My dad...
he's almost done with the re-build of the LeBaron
except he's got two different kinds of connecting rods in it
and can't figure out what is vacuum lines and what is coolant lines

Today he was driving my car to the park-and-ride off of bluemound
on his way, he met up with a honda civic that kept revving his motor
my dad knew he would win (him, not the civic) but didn't race because he was afraid he'd miss a gear
even if he missed two, he'd still win

yea, it's great some of the things my dad does
like when i told him the oil filter adapter on the sunbird was leaking, he replaced the oil filter and oil pan gasket

or the lebaron where he was originally going to put two different piston sets in (two high compression and two low compression)

and to think - he works on engines all day every day

nice, my dad hates working on cars. so i have to work on my car along or with my friend robert, btw he's gonna come crusin friday with me. he's gonna get a car soon and he wants a jetta im trying to talk him outta it and telling him to get a SHO.

Hmmm.. Those Jettas are ok.. but if its the 18T i wouldnt get it..

he wants a vr6, his dad is gonna spend like 10-12K on a car for him, i say sho, you can get one hellava sho for 12K whoop any jetta...we have a bug with a 1.8T its not bad pretty zippy. why do you say no 1.8T

Ive heard theres been quite a few problems with the turbo's on em blowin up.
