Thanks for the info tool man l, that is exactly who he said did his. He said he'd try to contact him for me I don't plan on trying to slap this thing in one day but start to piece together over time. Probably on a block that's not the one current in the car. Thanks I or haven't really heard anyone else mention a boost controller can you use one with a vortech?

you could be wacky like SHOnut and use a turbo wastegate to control a throttle body BEFORE the blower to regulate boost pressure. I think he used this setup to run a small pulley to get boost in the low revs but restrict flow up top so he didn't make too much boost.

I tried to contact Gary about two years ago about him doing that the my SC SHO and never got a reply. In fact it stills says Gary has not read my private message I sent him on the forum. Boosted SHO's suck.....

Damn that's very unfortunate to hear. You have alot of problems? What power are you pushing? Does anyone know what the "best" i guess configuration is for setting up the trans? I'm still new haha and all I've read about is shimming and preload I don't know all what's involved but someone besides Gary has gotta know the secret to setting em up​

How much power are you thinking about putting through your poor car anyways? Haha could be fun but ill tell ya at 132 my 21yr old car feels like a broken skateboard on a steep hill.

Idk Haha just enough. I wanna get somewhere about 400 to 450 with boost and the bottle which I've seen a couple about 10 psi supercharged that have barely hit 300 ft lbs to the wheels and about 400 hp so prolly just on the edge of their trans capabilities then to just hold a 55 to 75 shot on top because it's already in the car and I don't wanna pull it and you never know ha "just in case"

And I've had this bad boy to 130 it felt great and wanted more but it was dark and I was approaching a F****d off spot in the road (bridge lip)
