i have a 93 sho and my transmission come to find out was fried i have an option for a pre rod shifter transmission for 100$ how can i make it work

Make sure it's good, internals spin without binding or noises, etc...

Then remove all the cable shift parts from the transmission and install. The rod shifter will bolt up to the case, there's no modification needed.

what if the diff pin made a whole in the casing

The cable shift transaxle is the same so you can use it. If the differential pin made a hole in the case, then obviously you need a replacement case half and another differential. Plus whatever else that broke when the pin was thrown.

Then you have 2 shot transaxles. I'd look for a trans shop to go through both transmissions and try to make one good one.
