I purchased a 95 ATX Turd to drive around in while my other SHO gets fixed.

When I hit the switch, nothing happened so I pulled the cover and discovered the wires to the motor were all over the place and disconnected.

I had a good motor so I swapped it in. When I hit the switch, I hear the relay click for both directions, but the moonroof still doesn't move.

Where do I go from here? It is not closed properly and it is leaking into the back seat.

Bad motor?
The switch is activating the relay.
The relay sends power to the motor.
Remove the console, then the motor.
Rotate gear manually to close.

The motor is good. At least it was when I removed it.

Does anybody know what fuse powers it? The list in the owners manual doesn't have Moonroof.
