Stutterd just before I got into work. Throttle response is crisper, though, so I'm keeping the TPS.

Time to pull the Intake and Valve cover to replace the CAM seal...

Update. Sorry about the delay, but we went away on Vacation, and I wasn't driving the SHO for three weeks or so.
Two days ago, I took the Cam Position Censor off and checked it out. I found corrosion around the contacts' base as well as on them. I also found very little oil behind it. I switched from Synthetic to Dyno juice three oil changes ago, and it looks like the leak has stopped.

I cleaned up everything with CRC Green Brake-Clean, sanded the contacts, applied di-electric grease, and let it sit without starting it to let any residual cleaning materials evaporate.

This morning, the car started right up, and ran fine to work, even with extended diversions dropping both my girls off at thier respective schools.

One miss on my way home the day of the last post.
Yesterday, I attempted to test using my spare Coil, but the coil was bad.
Swapped the old one back in, but noted the rubber was missing from the plug. I applied di-electric grease to all the connections as well as the rubber. I also applied di-electric grease to the CPS plug by the mainifold as well as the Engine Harness plug.
This morning, the engine seemed to run smoother on the way. I'll see how it is on the way home.

I checked, and did not find oil in the plug wells. All ends were clean.

Two days back and forth to work, no issues. I even stopped to shop!
I'll update only if it starts up again.

Went fine for a couple of days. One miss on my way home after a quick/hard burst, and two back to back cruising steady the very next day.
It seems like the ignition cuts out completely for one or two revolutions, rather than a stutter like one cylinder missing. Car jerks as it decelerates (No spark) and jerks again as the engine fires normally. It happens so quick now, where as before it would be like riding a bucking bornco in any gear but fifth when it started.
Could the knock sensor be contributing? I'm running out of options!

I'm having the same issue. One trip it will run great, then the next trip it will run like crap, misfiring like the civil war. I'm gonna put in a new coil tomorrow morning.

For me it ended up being my DIS.

I would get rid of that oiled filter, spend $5 and put a paper filter in it. I had that same problem and put in a CAI with non-oiled cone filter and never an issue again; I will never again use an oiled filter on a MAF equipped vehicle.

Major bump. Did you ever find out the issue?

For mine it was the rear O2 Sensor wire was too long and was rubbing the intermediate axle. Wire-tied it up, wrapped it with Electrical tape, and the problem is gone!
