Hey guys. Have any of you ever had a bad experience with these guys. I really don't want to complain but I've been going round and round with them and I hope someone here can help.
I ordered a tranny cooler on 2/13 and somewhere on their website I saw that orders are usually shipped in 2-3 days.
02/21/05
Well I waited until today to ask if they had any form of tracking info because I had not received any. The reply was that it had already shipped but no tracking was available because it shipped directly from factory and they would get me that info.
02/23/05
I waited 2 days and asked again only to be told the following day that it had been discontinued. I was offered an refund or an upgrade. After a couple of emails that day (2/24) I agreed to the upgrade.
02/25/05
I received an email today stating that it was on its way - I swear that he said 2nd day but anyway I waited.
03/01/05
Tuesday, two business days later, I inquire again about a tracking number. I was given a FedEx tracking number of 046099240696519 and was told that the expected delivery was that day. This is where the fun begins.
I goto www.fedex.com and type in the tracking number only to see that the destination is SAN DIEGO not Premont, TX. There is a San Diego, TX about 35 miles away so I call FedEx and enter the number in an automated system only to be told the destination is SAN DIEGO and the zip code as 92107 making it San Diego, CA (I assume).
03/02/05
I email back stating that wasn't my package and request my money be refunded (1st time). He replies that he sees that it is coming to me at Premont, TX (zip 78375) and pastes info from FedEx's site.
I reply that I don't see that as being the case and send a print screen of the website info showing SAN DIEGO and telling him about being informed on the phone of the zip code of 92107 and request my money again (2nd time).
His reply was that he doesn't know what I'm looking at because he stills sees it as coming to me and he says he had a couple of friends try the tracking number and they also see it as coming to Premont, TX.

Receive email telling me it's in Fort Worth according to FedEx website. I think OK, it's in Texas it must be coming to me. I look it up myself and I do see that it's in Ft. Worth BUT I still see SAN DIEGO as the destination. I called FedEx and spoke to a representative who asked for the tracking number so she can tell me what THEY (FedEx) show. Sure enough, they tell me what I see, SAN DIEGO and a zip of 92107. She tells me to see where it goes from there.
03/04/05
Well I checked today and guess what........it's in AZ. Apparently on it's way to San Diego, CA. I email MidWestSHO back and basically said "I told you so".
03/05/05
Response was, "I don't know what the issue is". He stills sees the correct information. The issue is that I think I was right the whole time about the destination. this is where I hope to get some help in this matter.
Can someone type in the tracking number and tell me what you see as the delivery location? Once again the number is 046099240696519.
Thanks for letting me vent my frustration but I am sick and tired of the run around I've been getting.
