I finally got the Y-Pipe on 3 days ago. So after giving it a couple days to try out I'm posting some feedback. First off, this Y-Pipe, to me, is the Rolls Royce of Y-Pipes. All Stainless, nice cats, pre-assembled and fits perfectly. I had already ordered a catless SHO Shop pipe but once I saw Mike's Y I knew it was worth it. When I finally got the Y and put it next to SHO Shop's I knew I made the right choice. Installation went smoothly with the exception of one snapped one header bolt/stud. Everything lined up with no set backs. The exhaust tone is slightly louder, you can tell because when you get on it you cant hear the secondaries as well and my friend who helped me install it said he could hear a difference too. But you dont really buy a Y-Pipe for sound...you buy it for performance. Like any aftermarket Y the MidWest one replaces the god awful 90 degree bend with a smooth one. The performance is def. there. You can feel the increased torque at lower RPM's and the increased power at top end. Overall, Mike's Y is probably the best mod I've done. The fact that it's Stainless, sounds great and the seller is easy to talk to and just a nice guy makes it all worth it.

Thanks Mike :thumb:

I too recently received the "new" y-pipe from MidwestSHO and have nothing but good things to say about both the product, and the professionalism exhibited by Mike through many e-mails during the process. A vendor I truly look forward to dealing with again!

Nicely done Mike, thank-you. :salute:

Excellent Y-pipe... Mike's replaced my catless ShoShop unit and the low end power is back. I couldn't be more pleased and I've seen just about every version of y-pipe (performance plus included) and this one hangs with them all. Thanks again Mikey and MidWestSHO. :thumb:

I love the ypipe as well. THe only problem I experienced was a exhaust doughnut. I had to dermel the ID to make it fit.
