hm...

nope there not volvo race wheels..

I wonder if i could squeeze a +35 8.5

Ok i checked and the only 8.5 they make is 13.5 lbs and +30 offset.. i might have to flare the fenders for that.. but the stick would be worth it..

I think ill just go with the 8 +35

Thanks for your input

On a Gen 1 the nastiest bit is at the rear where the bumper meets the wheel opening. The Gen 1 rear openings are also a bit lower and require considerable lip massaging.

I run a 16x7.5 with +42mm on a Gen 1. Had to remove the rear fender lip, other than that no problem.

my new wheels are 7.5x16's with a 35mm offset, well see how those work out, I wanna try to fit some 245's in there.

Ive got 17x8s 40mm offset with 245 tires, the tires were a little too close to the strut in the rear for my liking so i put 2mm spacers to make the wheels 38mm offset, the fronts didn't really have an issue, i trimmed the endlink stud on that connects to the strut just to be safe but other than that Ive got decent clearance up front.

Edit: P.S. Had to roll my fenders with or without the spacers too.
