OK, so here's what isn't working: brake lights (but tail lights and turn signals work), fog lights, high beam flash (but high beams work), hazards, horn, and cruise control . All fuses have been checked and are fine, and i replaced the switch on the brakes already. before i just take it somewhere and have them check it out, any areas i can check out?

brake lights are likely due to the BOO (Brake On Off) switch on the brake pedal.

The flash to pass function could be the aforementioned Multiswitch, or it could be a bad or missing fuse, or lastly a corroded or missing DRL jumper plug located just below the air box between the fender and fender liner.

I would check all the connections on the multifunction switch, and I would also make sure the brake light switch is sending a signal to the taillights--check it with a test light.
