I don't think they're gone. I just received an email from them today, regarding putting pics of my car in their customer rides section. Their Facebook page is still up and says nothing about them going away. My guess is they're just cleaning up a little, and upgrading their equipment. I think they have too much business to close up shop. They better not close up shop.....I plan on throwing more business their way when I get me a Raptor, Explorer and Mustang.......lol

It looks to me like they're closing up one of their facilities because they're selling a ton of equipment as well as 3 large industrial buildings.

The location of the buildings for sale are different than the address on their website, so I wouldn't worry about it.

I believe that is not their aftermarket department.

You are correct. From what I understand this was a separate entity that is the mothers business. Dan Millens business is what we are all familier with and is separate. His business is just fine.

Yes, it is just the OEM Engineering Supplier division that's closing. The Motorsport division is unaffected. They just have access to less toys now.

I'm glad the Motorsport division is still up and running but kinda sucks another automotive casualty is happening in Michigan. Times are really changing.

The Livernois group is (was) a 400 million+family operation started by Dan Millen's Grandfather. His mother is the CEO. The performance division is located in Dearborn. This site is in Inkster.

The performance division is also in Inkster. It's right on the Dearborn/Inkster border on Gulley rd. I've driven by it many times when I used to live a few blocks away ;)

that company, which was owned my Dan's family in the past, is no part of their company and hasn't been for years.

Livernois is up and running on their own, and nothing to do with what's going on there.
