I have koni's and intrax right now.
I am wondering how much everyone has their struts adjusted. My fronts are a 1/4 turn from the stiffest setting, my rear is 1/2 turn from the stiffest. It rides nice and firm, not jarring at all.
But, i feel that it its not handling the way it should be.
Tires are 235/45-17 and i seem to be getting way to much understeer. Any suggestions?

Struts aren't what governs over/understeer (I'm talking about steady state cornering, not transition), springs and sway bars are. If you have more understeer than wanted, try stiffer rear springs, larger rear sway bar, softer front springs, smaller front sway bar, or any combination of the above. You can also go to 225s or 215s in the rear to help tune the balance of the car, or add weight to the rear/subtract it from the front.

Personally, since changing spring rates is quite a hassle, I'd try going for the biggest rear sway bar you can find, coupled with the smallest (or no) swaybar on the front, and relocate the battery to the trunk.

If we're talking transitional understeer, then shocks come into play, and you'd want to stiffen the rear or soften the front to gain more oversteer.

Id only run no front bar on a track only car.
that combo can be rather dangerous for the street.
24/26 the sway bar combo is pretty good

I was talking about a track situation. Over and under steer should never come into play on a street car.

So 3/4 turn on the front and 1/2 turn on the rear? Are all of your tires the same? Try adding some air pressure to the fronts.

You could stiffen up the back and sofen the front a little. Also check your front swaybar to see what you have. I am running a 26 in the back and a 21 in the front.

What are you running Jon?
If you are ever in town again, stop by and drive my car...

I"m running exactly what was on the car when I purchased it from you! 24 front and 26 rear. I'm a big fan of this combo, I was thinking of going smaller up front though.. maybe a 22. I'm home every weekend. When do you usually work or maybe we could meet up?

Check this thread out of your old 91!

I drove my mocha frost 91, a Koni/Intrax car from jersey to my house and it felt very drivable and a lot less rough than the Eibach springs I run. And mind you one of the the rear Koni's was blown beyond recognition!! I definitely didn't push the car hard much because of legal reasons, but the impression I got was that Intrax are a lot more drivable and smooth on roads but tightened up in the corners! Again the car was a 24/26 combo.

Sway bars really make a huge difference from everything I have read.
