Trying to figure this one out. The ISC doesn't seem to be working according to the test yet the engine isn't stalling out. The throttle body tab is barely touching the set screw and even pulled all the way out, the engine still idles. When running the test, the computer raises the idle to around 1500 RPMs and that's it. Any suggestions?
Forgot to add even with the ISC unplugged and the idle set screw all the way out, the engine idles perfectly.
