You will need the keypad (and a way to mount it) the RKE box from the trunk all the wiring that runs from the door to the trund and maybe some other stuff too. I'll have to check a wiring diagram. Not impossible, but difficult if you dont have the doner car right there to go back and pull parts off of when you realise that you need soom other odd little module or bit of wiring.

To remove the pad, first remove the door panel. Then you will see the pad up at the top of the door. There is a spring clip holding it on. Just use a pair of pliers to pull it out and the pad will slide out. All you should need is a philips head screwdriver and a pair of pliers.

Be VERY carful when you remove the clip. If it pops off fast you can slam you hand/arm into a sharp sheet metal edge and get a nice gash.

To figure out the code, you will need to look into the trunk. THere is a small black box on the left side of the trunk with a sticker on it. Those numbers on the sticker are the combonation for the keypad. If that sticker happens to be missing, you can open up tht unit to figure out the code. I think shotime.com has detailed instructions on how to do that, and also how to change that code.
