Just getting started, need help!

Hey everybody,
Just bought a dk green 94'ATX with 107,000 miles for a great price. But it has a couple of probs that need to be worked out.
#1. SMOKES. This is the major problem. It is definately motor oil, and is coming from the bottom half of the engine. Replaced the O/C switch and that didn't help. I'm afraid it's a rear main seal. Is there any way to confirm this or rule it out. Any other suggestions?

#2. Vibrations. The car shakes a bit above 50mph. It is not so much in the steering wheel, but you can really see it in the dash. There was some left rear inner tire wear, but I think that they rotated it from the front before it was sold.
Was thinking lower ball joints, but it will probably need an alignment too, although it drives and stops straight.

#3. Driving lights/fog lights. I'm getting nothing from the driving lights. The switch seems a little stiff, and the right light mount is busted, but I'm not really sure where to start looking for the problem. I doubt that both bulbs would go, so I think that it may be the switch or a wiring problem.

Any help would be much appreciated. I love the car and it would be really great if I could get this stuff worked out.

The smoke seems to be coming mostly from the right side. We put the car up on the lift and oil was blown all over the pan and tranny, so it was tough to see where it was coming from. The cats are so big that it is tough to estimate where the leak is coming from. I'm taking it back to my buddy today to put it back on the lift and see what we can see since we cleaned it up after the last time it was up there.
As for the lights, if it is not the lights itself I am stuck in the same perdicament. I need to Rule out if it is the housing itself or an electrical/fuse/switch problem. If it is the lights, what is the best way to go for aftermarket. I heard that you could get factory replacements for $100 each. I looked at some suggested aftermarkets and they were around $240 for the pair for anything that looked decent. I am a student so any $$ saving suggestions on any of these issues would be appreciated.
To clarify the light problem>
I have nothing from either light in terms of light coming from the lights. The switch looks in tact, but I don't know where to start in tracking the problem down. Do I start on the switch end, or the housing end. Is there a separate fuse for the fog lights, or is it most likely a wiring problem? I'm having some serious confusion here I guess.
