i've had no luck searching could somebody tell me what i need to get this working..
1st i have the stock am/fm/cassette with a cd player all stock jbl speakers now i bought the stock subwoofer and the amp i seem to be missing a harness to the sub is it coming out of the amp (silver box)to the subwoofer amp (blk box) out to the subwoofer itself and then to the system i guess i'm missing the wire to the subwoofer amp???? i've got the factory evtm manual but i figured somebody here would know right off what i'm missing i was plain w/o sub now i'm putting in the sub help HELP headbang

First, do you have a JBL main amp or a Premium Sound main amp? THe JBL amp is black and says JBL on it

by the way I've got two of those digital dashes up for sale on e-bay and i direct everybody intrested in them to read the post the digital dash wizards wrote up on this forum,if i didn't have a broken back i'd do one myself,you did an outstanding job...

The JBL main amp has a harness built in that goes to the sub amp. If it's not there you either have the wrong amp or some one cut it off.

The amps are the other way around. The black amp is the main unit. The silver one with no sticker or markings is the subwoofer amp. Coming out from the black box should be a molded in plug for the signal. This has gray tubing covering it. This is connected to the silver box using a removable plug. The only plug on that side of the silver amp. Only uses 3 wires. The silver box has power and ground attached on the other side and is molded in. The power wire then runs to a choke. This is a small black box mounted between the amps. The speaker plug is on the same side as the power and is attached to the subwoofer. So you should have a plug hanging off the subwoofer. This is from my 93.
