Just like Cenc said, it's hanging between the two rear speakers. If you had it there should be 4 threaded studs still there. Some SHO's didn't come with it (mine didn't) and the studs wouldn't be there.

If your car wasn't equiped with it than you will not have the correct amp and wiring for the sub. Look in your trunk at the amp(s) and they should have JBL printed on them. The sub amp mounts in the center and the 4 channel amp is on the pass. side. As for the wiring the sud gets its audio input from the 4 channel amp from a small jummper wire and it recieves its power from a black box mounted just above or below the amp.

If your SHO doesn't have the JBL Sub and amps, I have a complete setup that I can sell you. It includes everything you need (except the four mounting studs for the sub box) sub box with sub, two JBL amps mounted on the factory bracket and I'll throw in the four JBL speakers.

Really? My first SHO was a '92 that came through without the JBL System and I bought the whole rear setup from one of the SHOForum people, and it all bolted right up, except I had to add the four studs for the box. Everything worked fine.

Where do the yellow and red wires coming out of the sub amp. go to? Is red power and yellow ground?

They go to the Radio Reciever Suppression Choke Resistor, It is a small about 3X3X1.5" black box that mounts between the amps on the brace between the two cut outs the seat mounts against.
