Car guy from Maine here.

Bought a 2013 black SHO from my sons friend. I’ve learned that it has a 91 octane tune and has the performance package. I’ve put about 10k miles on the car and am thoroughly impressed so far (knock on wood!). 155,000 miles and still pulls very strong.

Since you know the guy inquire about what maintenance has been done. Particularly the PTU. At your mileage it should be on its third fluid change. If it’s not, put it on your list, pretty close to the top.

Thank you, yes I have had the fluid done and have a thick folder of maintenance receipts. Paid 12k and it feels like I did ok.
