Intrax Springs....

i know this maybe a stupid question for most of u but could i use intrax springs with stock struts? if so what would be the downfall on doing so compared to gettin intrax spring and toxico struts? PLEASE dont make too much fun of me after askin this!

The valving on the stock stuts won't keep up with the lower, stiffer springs...

After reading here about suspension for a couple years I went with the consensous at the time and picked up the Intrax and Koni adjustables.

I haven't installed them yet, so if you're interested in checking them out in the box let me know. Unfortunately, I don't know anyone in our (NESHOC) circle here who has this combination on their car now. Riding in Eric's (Shotime) I/K equipped car a year or so ago sold me on the combination.

Shameless plug I'm sure, but I picked the package up from MidwestSHO and couldn't be happier with the service.

thx all for NOT makin me look stupid, are there any other struts that will go with the Intrax? Koni adjustables are $579 or so im just tryin to save a lil money......i love the lowered look on a SHO, just makes it look even more intimadating....

Tokiko is your only other option.

Unfortunately the price of them on ebay has inflated quite a bit lately.

you *can* use whatever.. you won't get the full effect without some good struts though.

Had Intrax/Tokiko on my 93 ATX. Can't say enough about the difference it made.
