Recently I been having an intermittent miss. It does not seen to follow any paturn; it will do it hot or cold and at any RPM. The car is a 3.2 conversion with 3.0 cams and 3.2 injectors, L0S ecu, BBBs and high flow catted y-pipe. Everything else is stock. I have checked the following:

No active or stored codes, cylinder balance reads 9 (no problems)
Plugs and wires: 9k miles on these parts, no water or oil in the wells.
Timing belts and chains on mark; tensioners in good working order.
No coolant or oil leaks around the CIS or CPS; tach works fine while problem occurs
MAF is clean

The only things I can come up with are:

Bad fuel pump or regulator. The pump is around 2 years old and the regulator came from the '93 I got the 3.2 from.

Power (or ground) issue. The battery is iffy but the system charges OK and is stable at 13.5 volts or so.

Anyone have any thoughs or suggestions?
