I am wondering how much interest there is for attending next summer's National SHO 2012 Convention in the Brainerd area of Minnesota, the third week in July?

Personally, I am very interested, but it's only 4 hrs or less away from Clear Lake.Understand the plan is to be able to use both the Drag Strip, and Road Course for fees.

Can't wait to see how "FLEX-I-BLE" my Brick really is!!!!:woo-hoo::woo-hoo:

Switch that to Clear Lake, MN and you'll only be about an hour 10 from Brainerd!

As for Grainbelt... My Father-in-law used to drink it, and then he switched to Cold Spring.
Now drinks Miller Genuine Draft - 30 pack for $12.99, and he drinks it warm! If I can find the Grain Belt.... he and I can PRIME up for the Conv.!!!!!

But... please... don't suggest we drink that Cold Spring crap... it was soooo bad that when you popped the top... it went "SPRRRUNGGGGG"!

In truth... I am sort of a classy-sleazy guy.. so I drink vino.... "OPUS 20-20"!

Since St Cloud is under 90 mins, I'm in, but BIR is over 90 mins (by like 20 mins) I will not be attending track day...might also be that I cannot get that day off of work anymore, lol. I have all the rest of the days off though.

I have posted this on other SHO sites... even offered FREE BEER to those who want to stop at our Lake Home (Clear Lake, IA - I 35). Offer is only good if 2 or 3 come,(minimum... NO MAXIMUM!) but need to know so I can get my room in St. Cloud. Clear Lake is 3-3 1/2 hrs from St. Cloud, and 2hrs south of MPLS. 2 Hrs north of Des Moines, and where Avenue of Saints hits I-35.

ALSO CHEAP GAS (compared to most places).
