Just got the Tokiko/Intrax setup on my red 93 as well. I am completely happy with the new set. I also added front and rear strut braces and subframe connectors. The sway bars are next, but can already feel a world of difference. I highly suggest going the full route with suspension as soon as you can afford it. I was amazed at the great handling that can be achieved from mine.

hey crizzasho, congrats on the "typer" :D and that is one nice green gen2 thumb
I currently have Tokicos and Intrax in the garage waiting to go on as soon as the weather gets better.
When you did your struts, did you get new back and front strut mounts and front strut bearings?
Anyone know if there would be anything wrong with doing new struts but not changing these? Is it a
1."while youre at it" thing or
2. something that "should" be done to prevent problems or
3.to get the most out of the new struts?

The addition of the new strut bearings, boots, etc. are HIGHLY advised. The cost of the front strut bearings are relatively cheap ($40 for the pair, if I remember right). You will have the struts and everything out already anyway. I tackled the job myself to try to save money. It was a chore, but I got all four Tokikos and springs swapped out in the matter of about 6 hours. Doing it myself saved about $300 in mechanics bills. Also ensure that you get a good alignment done right away. The new setup will alter the ride height enough to require it. You can get the loan a tool program from either Advance Auto Parts, Autozone, or O'Reilly's Auto Parts. The spring compressor is a MUST to perform this job yourself.
