When you take the iac valve and look inside should the plunger be fully closed...I'm having an idle issue with my 95 atx...I've replaced the iac twice(both were not fully closed)...changed the intake gaskets..All the gaskets on the intake....new fuel pump...filter...TPS....CPS.. New motorcraft plugs and wires...I can't figure it out....HELP!!!:hail: :hail:

the Motorcraft ones I have seen were never completely closed, but the aftermarket ones I've used did close completely.

does it not idle down to the right rpm?
