...i've blown a head gasket...reason i'm thinkin this, there is oil in my engine coolant. not cool. anywho, how do u replace them? and is it very hard? and where would i be able to get them, would autozone have them?

I checked on autozone.com and it shows that they have them, but they have to be special ordered. Heres a link to the site.

since i'll have the engine somewhat apart replacing the head gaskets....what tools do u need to do the valve adjustment? and how do u do it?
