I love it too. The flames look really great on the Kona Blue. I like the lettering with Twin Turbo and High Output but am not a fan of the SHO on the top of the hood but like others said, it's your preference and that makes it great. :thumb:
Now lets see that engine cover!

So finally I found a place nearby my home that did the lettering of TWIN TURBO that I applied on both sides of the hood. Only difference with Dramsey is that I used italic for driver's side and reverse italic for passenger side for a flowing with the wind effect. Now people will know what to expect at the red light... Thanks for inspiration Dramsey!

Let's see some pictures Steve! Is Twin Turbo en Francais ou en Anglais?

It is TWIN TURBO, about the same size (1.5'' x 12'') and same emplacement as Dramsey, just the italic as a difference. Since I have the Livernois motorsports Decal on the windshield and it is silver, I used silver as well for the lettering of the TWIN TURBO. Looks now more aggressive. At first I liked the fact that it looked like a sleeper, but now I am obsessed with trying to make it look mean! hahaha!

Hey Dramsey,
I was looking in the internet for a decal of twin turbo, but didn't want to take one from another car (example Bentley, Audi, etc.). I love the lettering of the TWIN TURBO that you had custom made for your car. I presume that you want your car to be as unique as possible (it will definitely be after that crazy paint job!), but by any chance do you think it would be possible for me to buy two times the decal of TWIN TURBO from the guys you are dealing with... They already have it ready to print and I know it looks exactly like what I'd like to have... Can I contact them and/or how much would they chaarge me to mail 2 to Montreal,Quebec, Canada?
Thank you so much in advance and no problem if you prefer to keep them unique for you...
Cheers!
Steve

It's fine with me, Steve, but those aren't decals: they're stencils used to lay down paint. In other words, the "TWIN TURBO" lettering is cut out of the stencil material, which is then laid on the car. Paint sprayed through the cut-out area forms the words on the car's hood.

I see, thanks anyway... As mentioned, I asked a specialized shop to do it and they did a very good job for 20$ ready in one hour. Finally looking back at yours, they are in italic as well... Looking forward to see the rest of your car!

There you go for pics (sorry Dramsey to post them here, but didn't want to start another thread just for that). Next pics will be when lights will be tinted... with CAI and new tires!

I think the Livernois windshield decal looks badass. The Twin Turbo doesn't really strike my fancy, but to each his own!

I've often thought about putting "TT" on the back of the car over where "Taurus" used to live, but I have a feeling that no one will know what that means.

I didn't put nothing special on my paint, just washed it carefully and then since it was getting dark, but wanted to take the pictures, Í went under the lights of a Honda dealer and then the gas station. So I guess it is more the effects of the lights that bring out the nice tuxedo paint.
Thanks all for your nice feed backs.. Always fun to share
Cheers!

OK, the car is finished and won its first prize yesterday (the "Governor's Choice Award") at the Cops & Burgers car show in Reno.

I added an Airraid induction system and painted the engine cover in body color.

I dunno who this little girl is, but she has good taste in cars! This image also shows the blacked-out tail lights.

Superb! Congrats! Cops and burger award sounds funny though, but I am sure it will win other contests... lol
