I can't win (valve gappign question... kinda)

I think it might be a smart idea to have someone like Brian give you a hand and make sure you have everything together right.

Exactly. In Kirk's race car motor, we have 6 valves with no lash caps, 10 with .050 caps, and 8 with .035 caps. Oh, and one ATX intake cam and one MTX intake cam. :nut:


now we know kirks secret why that car is so dam fast ..............:woohoo:

I would but hes to far away, now if he wants to come to me :biggrin: thats fine. Honestly I think I come off on here as more of a retard then I am:rofl: But iv done plenty of reading and have every sho manual and am following them and using tq specs and everything. I restored a car from the ground up when I was 15 so im not new to cars but im more new to computer controlled cars and over head cams stuff. Don't worry I have full confidence that I did everything right. I double and triple check everything. And work with one of my buddys whenever he can to make sure I don't over look something. I ask a lotta questions because thats how you learn, and I want to make sure everything is right on my 5k dollar engine:nut:
