I am trying to remove the sending unit by there is a black hose connected directly underneath that crosses to the other side so it only allows me to pull the sending unit out maybe an inch. Can anyone share the procedure? The ones in YouTube have the hose connected at the bottom of the unit.

Figured it out to anyone with the same problem there is a clip you have to pull out with a pick. You can’t see it u less you lay your head down to get a good view and lift up the unit as much as you can which is like an inch. Then work the upper hose off and go down to the transfer hose pull the clip and finagle it out.
