If you have a flaring kit you can just cut the lines with a tubing cutter before the leak(s), and then clamp on some new 3/8" tranny cooler hose from the new flared ends to where the lines attach to the cooler plumbing under the radiator. Should be about $10. AutoZone may offer a flaring kit in their loan-a-tool program if you don't have one. If not, expect to pay a mechanic about an hours labor. Dexron III/Mercon spec fluid is what you'll want.
