Car sat over the winter and accumulated water in the tank/lines. Tried to fire it up last month and it was NOT a happy camper.
Figured I'd break the line and let the pump take out the bad stuff.
Trying to disconnect the fuel lines where they make the bend to the fuel rails but can't figure out the connector. Any tricks or other suggestions (besides dropping the tank)

OK - got the fittings. Either I'm a dummy or this thing is stuck cause the fittings won't budge.
No worries, though. Here's the workaround.
Removed the valve stem from the pressure sensor on the fuel rail using a
tire valve tool.
Attached a hose to the stem.
Cycled the pump by disconnecting the battery then touching it to the terminal (key On).
Was able to "cycle" a couple gallons from the tank/lines this way.
Pretty clear at first but you can tell when the "good" gas comes online.
Started Right up.

Case closed. Thanks for the help and advice.

Push the round 'clip' into the fuel line fitting. Press the lines together while pushing the clip into the fitting. Pull the lines apart. Done.

You could also just disconnect the fuel filter and drain it from there. You should put a new on in anyway. One really easy way to get the rest of the fuel out of the lines and rail is just to push the service port on the rail itself. (it's like a tire valve).
