dude, this is so simple my kids could do it when they were 10.
go look at the diagram in post 23.
line up the marks (dots) on the two cam sprockets with the marks on the timing back (metal) cover, AND the crank sprocket mark with the mark on the oil pump. Then, put on the belt making sure that all 3 stay in the right place. the belt will want to end up off one tooth, so you may need to do this a couple of times till you get it right. Then you tighten it up and put it back together.
