Hose?

I just got my car back from the shop and I notice there is this hose hanging out in the front driver side wheel well. What is it and should it be there?

Belongs there. It drains water from the abs module's bracket to prevent rust.

Actually, it's the battery tray drain.

Alright I did searched, I tried hose hanging wheel well, hose driver side wheel well. hose wheel well. Didn't really came up with any, maybe you should try it before telling me how to search better. Comment was unnecessary since the question was already answered and I was satisfied with the answer.
