Isn't the ACT (Air Charge Temperature) the little sensor in the airbox under the filter? Also, look at the IAC, which is the shiny cylindrical thing next to the throttle body on the other side of the intake. That controls air at idle (Idle Air Controller). Make sure it's plugged in and replace it if necessary. That's usually why a car won't idle if it starts. At least as far as I know. And hey, look at the announcement right above your post where it says "don't use titles like 'help!!!'". Take to heart :). It's ok, we still love you.

sounds like a crappy rebuilt alternator to me; check the voltage at the battery posts at idle, make sure it's like 14v. Also, a quick check, make sure the battery light comes on when the car is in turned on (in 'run') but not started.
