Help!!!!!!!!!

My dad and I just did the valve cover gaskets, plug well seals, cleaned the intake, installed the BBB's and hand ported intake runners and it runs rough. It also sounds like it has an exhaust leak in the rear of the engine. You can smell the exhaust fumes also. What do we do? Please help. Thanks Aaron

Any chance you broke or damaged the EGR tube running between the rear exhaust manifold and the EGR valve on the intake?

I'll second what Chris said - The tube is brazed on and is easily broken.

Yeah, that is it. There is a huge leak in there. We have to use the one from my 95 parts car. Thanks, aaron

Just be very careful pulling it out - They are (as you've found) somewhat fragile. If the other is broken or breaks while you remove it, I think you can just have it welded together so that it isn't so apt to come apart again.
