OK I talked a bit to some other people on this and I was told to clean the MAF so I did and no difference.

Its most noticable in 1st but it does it whenever I'm getting on the interstate but not as bad or as noticable with the other gears.

SO Any help would be great !

Thanks in advance!

:oogle: wierd! i just posed on a slight hesitation too, its most noticable in first gear, espicially when its first being driven in the day, like for the gas its getting its just not picking up the RPMS as it should, but even in second it improves alot. Changed my wires, plugs were fine still to no avail, i get no codes, and i have a feeling cleaning the MAF isnt gonna do it. Let me know if you solve this problem as i'd be interested in knowing how!

MIne is when you shift into first, you give it some gas, and it doesn't want to really go, then it catches, but you can still feel the hesitation when you are going throught the gears, getting on the interstate. I replaced the fuel filter and i have the stuff for the tune up but I need the plenum gasket so I haven't done the tune up yet.

Wires for these motors are very picky. They could be new and as soon as there is condesation "if they dont seal good enough" in the wells they will be shot. You should be about to see a carbon arc on them if they shorted out :thumb:

not PRESSURE... lol use a pressure washer but not on the pressure settings... to get a good degreaser/water mix.... we did this at the dealership all the time to get the engines ready for the shoroom... and also when i wash myne i wrap up alot of things but at ewalds we just sprayed em down and wiped them off

also my hesitation only started about 1 week ago and only when cold... i havent washed my engine in a year or so only. i think it might be battery related cuz im having lots of idle problems and my batterly light is on everytime i start the car... now i just gotta come up with the money for a optima
