It has been repaired, so to speak. The spark plug hole was drilled out and there is an oversized thread there now.

The new to me heads are much cleaner, but I'm going to try to get them spiffed up before install.
The deck is a bit suspect, but hopefully not going to be a problem.
How the heck an I going to clean this up without damaging anything?
Right hand pistons look a bit cleaner.
