He's already replaced the cltuch with a brand new stock unit and has the same issue.

Ahhhh...overlooked that! Oops:nut:

After rereading and seeing the clutch cable has slack...I'm leaning towards quadrant. Essentially this being faulty could mimic weak pressure plate fingers as both instances aren't putting full force from the throwout bearing.

yes. True and the bearing getting louder .

James the next meet were at you have a bottle and some grub comming from me. I spent about $2300 and I don't know how many months trying to fix this. And a quadrant that cost me pennies fixed the problem, unbeleavable! Thank man I was going to take it back to the trans shop and do the flywheel and clutch swap because I thought that the flywheel was cut to much. Thank you to everyone that took there time to answer my post. And I can't forget Andrew, Fonz, Sal, and Hamal my new York boys that were always ready to lend a hand and turn a few wrench's.
