hey guys,
it seems as when it's cold outside, my 93 ATX takes about 4-5 seconds of cranking before it fires, then it baubles for about a second then its fine. it doesnt do this every time, its pretty unpredictable. any ideas? usually if I let off the starter and try again, it starts right up. thanks

More than likely a fuel pressure related issue.

Have you pulled the engine codes?
Pull the codes, and check the fuel pressure at the rails.

Another thought, if you hold the throttle pedal down just a bit as it cranks, will it fire right up? If so, you IAB valve may be sticking shut.

IAB is mounted onto the inner portion of the intake, right next to the throttle body.
