Yes I cleaned it all out. But good news everyone. I got the car to start on the TwEECer!
Bad news. Running Josh's X2J stratagy and idle's rough and at Idle its 11:1 AFR. So... Where d I start?

Nope, 847 is 55mm numbers.

Start by making sure you have no mechanical issues. How does the car run without the tweecer? It should run identically with the tweecer and stock tune.

As a starting point, increase the displacement to reflect reality, raise the idle to account for the cams, and then start making small adjustments. It is a process, and it does not happen overnight.

I will make those small changes but something tells me its a bad connection or the ECU is regecting the TwEECer. You would think with a stock tune it would run exactly the same? Should I try disconnecting the battery for a bit? And with the fans constantly staying on that tells me something.

OK, the car wont start with the motor cold and the tweecer plugged up. Fans and Fuel pump run the whole time when the key is on. I changed the CI to 3.2 and changed the idle speed and leaned the car up via stabilized fuel table at WOT to 12.5:1

I think its time to say this ECU needs to go. WTB: X2J

That really sounds like what it does when you don't have the proper strategy loaded on the twEECer. Are you 100% sure that the X2J strategy is loaded on all 4 switch (or is it 3?) positions of the twEECer?

It only needs to be loaded on 1 position (there are 5 positions).

But yes, if your fans are still on, something else is amiss. Try a different ECU. Any MTX ECU will work, you do not need an X2J

The stratagy is selected as X2J. I have the battery disconnected going to see if this makes a differece. If that dont work I guess I will get another ECU.

Yes runs and drives great with unplugged. Battery didnt do anything.
Sounds like your issue is the TwEECer itself. I've fried one before.

Of course the battery didn't do anything. The fact that the fans were cycling means you cleared anything the ECU stored. ;)

It was working beautifully prior to being shipped. If you can find another SHO locally, try it out on another car and see what happens.

Make 110% sure that service port is spotless clean.
Check there there isn't crap in the tweecer's port also.

Do yourself a favor and buy BE once you get it going.
