replace pump, check the banjo bolt, then check injectors.....

and if that doesn't work, before you set it on fire I'll haul it away and let you burn an ****** or something.....;)

pump didnt fix it...... fvcking POS

Have you actually checked the fuel pressure at the rails with a gauge? They are pretty cheap at any parts store. At the beginning of the post you stated that you had some issues with sealing the banjo bolts.....are you sure that the issue isn't there?

ok, i dont have a gauge but with the pump grounded and constantly priming, i can let it prime for 30 secs and hit the shrader valve and it barely if not any fuel will come out, today i got the rails to fill with fuel but im thinking there is a problem with my regulator or banjo bolt, i just dont understand how it could make a restriction. 2 copper washers on each side. how hard could it be?

are you refering to the washers on the banjo bolt? if so i think that might be your problem, iirc when i replaced my fpr it only had one washer on each side of th line

With the lines detached from the fuel rail what kind of flow do you have? Did you try your old rails from your 3.0? I would check the lines prior to the rails and go from there.

the lines are not backwards. I have primed the fuel pump and seen fuel shoot a 2 foot stream. the fuel line goes on the rear rail and the return goes on the front correct? the fuel pressure regulator goes on the rear and the other banjo bolt goes on the front rail. I have assorted copper washers and one impregnated with rubber. Can anybody tell me exactly where the impregnated washer goes?

Ill be damned. Im sorry im not a expert on this which is why i have the fuel line hooked to the regulator. not the return. DAMN IT!
But thankyou so much.
