Ok just got done swaping the 3.2 into my moonlight, problem is is that i have no fuel at the rails. I have primed it 10-30 times and i have no pressure at the rails, I can hear my fuel pump priming. So i took off the fuel filter and checked to see how fast the fuel would come out if i primed the fuel pump and it pumps out, but does not seem like high pressure at all. The fuel pump worked fine on my 3.0. any ideas.

i have ran 2 wires on the bottem 2 screws to the neg battery terminal but that did not work.

As far as grounding the DIS, that crude, but should do it. Remember, if all of the chassis grounds are connected well, any sheet metal on the chassis makes a good ground. I wouldn't run it right to the battery. You can run it to the shock tower or right to the orginal grounding strap location...which needs to be hooked up. No grounding strap...bad ju-ju.

Is the computer grounded? It's grounded to the sheet metal behind the battery. The battery is also grounded here. Make sure this is all hooked up.

Don't get impatient. Look everything over again. Clean the shop...look it over again. You'll find it.

Hmmm, you really need those brackets man, re-check all your grounds, and it will help to clean them up while your at it. I would double check the battery connections at the starter, mine were loose/ dirty which played **** with my electrical stuff.

try and create some sort of grounding strap to be sure your getting a good ground to the DIS..

Good luck

If the pump is coming on, the switch isn't the problem.

Kink a fuel line somewhere?

Do the interior lights seem dim, will the windows go down without a fuss? I'm still putting mney on the table and blaming a bad connection which means high impedance which means the pump might not be getting full power.

Also, check you fuses, the fuel pump is on the 30 A fuse mark "E.E.C relay" or something like that

Also, I noticed on your FB that your lines at the rails were cross, It's possible that that's a one way system and it's backwards... Just a thought

I think those fuel lines are pretty idiot proof so people don't mix them up.

So you have fuel coming out at the filter but 0 pressure at the rails and a no start?
Is possible you mixed up your fuel rail banjo bolt with a bolt from something else?
How are you checking for pressure at the rails?

When there's no load, the fuel flows at low pressure. A line just pouring out into a bucket or something will look like low pressure, but could be fine once it's actually attached to the rail.

Can't have mixed up the fuel lines, the fittings are different sizes. Try taking the return line off at the tank and seeing if you get flow there, it's going through the system.

He had fuel at the rails - it was leaking, before he made something to fix that issue.

I did have pressure at the rails before cause i was having a problem witht the banjo bolt sealing, i used a steel with impregnated rubber instead of copper but it sealed after that. i remove the valve stem on the rails to see if i had any fuel coming out and the valve was dry. I have teh injector ground hooked up in the valley, ccrm is hooked up, ill check the fuse but i dont see why i would here the fuel pump priming. im going to put in a new filter just to see if i get lucky.

If you think it's not getting enough fuel to start, pull one of the front plugs, extinguish ALL smoking materials and crank it. If you can see or smell the fuel vapor coming out of the plug hole, fuel is not your primary concern.
