Getting ready to change the fuel pump

I want to do the access door thing as it seems a lot easier.

What tool is the cheapest to use to create this access panel. I am not a owner of a dremel. And I dont want to spend 100 some bucks on a tool that im most likley going to use once. Im thinking about going to walmart and trying to find something cheap to make this access panel.

I just used a metal cutting disk the I mounted onto my drill.

Be careful of the fuel lines right underneath the panel, they are very close.
