I like Ford's newer factory ones sturdy small easy to use.
Come with a nice felt bag/wrap for the handle.
Ford fusion has a great curious by for it but not sure how the Taurus is for it.

I use my father in laws for tire change over.
I mean newer since 2005 those and older sucked

19 mm. 100 lb-ft. A 6 point socket and breaker bar may be the easiest and most compact thing to have. If you have a wheel lock it may be a different size.

You may be able to find a Jack in the junk yard from any Taurus other than a performance pack sho? I know they came with a spare. Didn't they come with a Jack too?

If you don't want a factory Jack, a 2 ton hydraulic and a 2x4 about 3 feet long will do you good. If you lift from about 1.5 foot back from the front lift point and you use the 2x4 to spread out the load you wont damage the pinch weld and you will lift the whole side of the car. Don't run the weld with the grain or you will split the wood, **** it a little. Saftey first, make sure to use your parking brake and it wouldn't hurt to block the wheel too.

I agree with above. A factory Taurus jack would be easiest. Same body and jack points and compact for carry. Try a junk yard for cheap prices

No jack, only a 12v air pump with built in fix a flat. I don't like the fix a flat on cars with TPMS so I bought a $5 plug kit.
