Customize spare tire well

I have a 2015 SHO with the PP and I just picked up a 20" stock spare rim and tire. Obviously it will not fit in the spare tire well. What I am asking is if anyone has built a custom cover with dimensions to be able to make the spare tire well cover flat with the trunk level. I have been searching and figure by this time someone has probably tackled this and done it well. If so, I am looking for someone who has specs to share to make it easier. Any pictures or how to's would be greatly appreciated. After my last blowout, I had to get the full spare.

Find a PI sedan in a junkyard. They have a styrofoam insert to hold a spare tire and a flat floor cover. The 18" full size spare fits in there. The 20" wheel and tire is approximately the same size and may fit as well.

From experience the 20 does not fit in the well, seems to be a smidgen wider or tall enough to not fit fully on the bottom. I turned the well space into a tool box and keep the spare above on long trips.

I have an 18" cop spare, don't recall the size of the spare tire right now but it's about a 1/4" shorter than the 245/40/20 road wheels and it's too tight to fit in the spare tire well.
