I’m looking for a source for a transmission boss repair brace. Some time In The past I recall a nice looking piece that someone had designed to remedy this problem. Does anyone have information on the item I’m referring to.

Jose hasn't been active in the SHO community for a long time. Your only option would be to post in the Want To Buy section that you are looking for one. I have one on my 91+ and it's a great feeling knowing that I can beat on my car and not worry about this.
You can also post in the SHO Marketplace on Facebook. That is actually going to be your better option. Lots more activity there.
