I read over on is300.net that ford made about 100 96 SHOs with a stick. Is that true, or is the guy just misinformed? Thanks.

Um, they may have been right hand drive, but I can guarantee that they were not manual transmissions.

I remember reading an article in '93 in one of the Mustang magazines about the Australian SHO having a 5.0L engine manual transmission and rear wheel drive,

Anybody ever seen this?

I have recently seen some racing on TV from Australia where they race 4 door Ford sedans with V8's, which look something like the Taurus with front and rear spoilers.

Australia gets Fords with balls. There is a good market for that over there. I'm not sure how different emissions are over there but probably a big difference.

someone posted a link to the ford performance vehicles site that's located in Australia. They have a real nice looking 4 door with a big 32 valve boss v8 I think. Very impressive stuff. I'm ready to move over there!

one of those is called the falcon. i bet the desert roads down there allow it's use to the fullest, if you could avoid the super-semi road-trains that is. i would think shipping be sea whould be in the $3400-$5000 range. i've thought about that too much already, haven't I. lateron, Corey

in theory the MTX-75 should bolt up to it, as from what i've heard the 3.4L is the 2.5L with two more cylinders. Never really looked into it though.

The MTX-75 comes in the Contour/Cougar/Focus
