I have a 94 with a leaky brake line, that runs from the master cylinder to a box (what is it called?) below the master and inside the inner firewall, very difficult to get to. How do I get this box out as it has lines going into it without nuts to remove the line or lines.

That's the distribution block.

If the line nuts are so far gone that you can't make out the hex head, you'll need to replace that block (post up a wanted to buy thread in the Wanted to Buy forum), and the brake lines.

SHONut Performance carries stainless steel replacement hard lines for the entire car, you'd do well to order the set. If the lines up front are leaking, the rear lines aren't far behind.

Go to the Emergency Issues - Help & Maintenance (2 spots below this category) and find a thread by Beaudeen titled - Rust Belt ABS Brake Line Bundle Pics.
You will see what it is supposed to look like.

You can bypass the block and run new lines if needed. I have my 91 and 92 set up that way.

If you read the whole thread, there are lots of solutions, problem is, none of them are easy. I think it is something people do when the engine is out of the car for other reasons, as it is a pig to get-at normally.
