Is there an access panel under the rear seat for the fuel pump in the gen 2 sho? I got a 93 ATX and I think the fuel pump is going out.

What makes you think the fuel pump is going out? Pull your codes and see what you get.

I got a fuel pump secondary circuit, low pressure with a fresh filter, and battery voltage at the back side on the relay going to the pump. I haven't checked it at the pump. that's kind of why I hope there is an access panel under the rear seat.

Your FP2 code may have been caused by the car stalling. If you have fuel pump problems, it may be the CCRM containing the relays or the pump itself.

Open up the trunk and locate the cutoff switch with a red button on the drivers side. Make sure that the button is pushed down.

Unbolt the switch and attach a voltmeter to one of the wires and ground. Turn the ignition on to see if you get voltage at the switch. If you do: bad pump. If you don't: bad CCRM. Located under the information plate at the front of the engine bay.

So was it the fuel pump and did you replace it?

It was not the fuel pump. I tested the voltage at the pump and I was only getting 7.26 volts so I am chasing the wire harness back to find the issue. still doing some testing.
