Is there an access panel under the rear seat for the fuel pump in the gen 2 sho? I got a 93 ATX and I think the fuel pump is going out.

thanks, I will drop the tank was just hoping to avoid that if I could. I am checking the voltage at the pump before I condemn it.There is no access panel, but you can make one. Or some people have dropped the fuel tank to replace the pump
It was not the fuel pump. I tested the voltage at the pump and I was only getting 7.26 volts so I am chasing the wire harness back to find the issue. still doing some testing. So was it the fuel pump and did you replace it?

If you have fuel pump problems, it may be the CCRM containing the relays or the pump itself.
Open up the trunk and locate the cutoff switch with a red button on the drivers side. Make sure that the button is pushed down.
Unbolt the switch and attach a voltmeter to one of the wires and ground. Turn the ignition on to see if you get voltage at the switch. If you do: bad pump. If you don't: bad CCRM. Located under the information plate at the front of the engine bay.
