fuel hiss

whenever i open my fuel cap it hisses like crazy - like theres 30psi backed up in there - someone told me to check and clean the idle - air bypass valve but that didnt do anything - ideas?

The fuel system is a closed system by design. The seal at the fuel filler cap is even checked during an emissions inspection. The vapor pressure inthe tank changes with ambient temperature and fuel useage. There is nothing wrong with your fuel system. You may relax.
